Free UK Delivery
We currently offer free standard delivery across the United Kingdom on all eligible orders.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier and circumstances outside our control.

Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Please allow reasonable processing time before your order is dispatched.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays
While we work with our delivery partners to provide reliable service, occasional delays may occur due to carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your Right to Cancel
For most online purchases in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without having to provide a reason.

After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights.

Unless otherwise required by law, the direct cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number and, where possible, clear photographs or other relevant information. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable UK law.

For cancellations made under applicable UK consumer rights, refunds will normally include the cost of standard delivery.

Return Conditions
